ROYERSFORD PA – Students age 15 or older who attend Pope John Paul II High School in Royersford or the Western Montgomery Career and Technology Center in Limerick will be offered a state-certified 30-hour theory driver’s education class for the spring session beginning Monday (March 11, 2013) by Petaccio’s Driving School, 112 N. Lewis Rd., according to owner Bill Petaccio.
The Monday class and those following it (March 13, 18, 20, 25; April 8, 10, 15, 18, 22, 24, 29; and May 6, 7, 13) will be held from 3-5 p.m. at PJP II, 181 Rittenhouse Rd., and from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the technology center, 77 Graterford Rd. The cost for either is $120 and includes a textbook rental and all class materials.
Students from schools that do not send students to the technology center (those outside of the Pottsgrove, Spring-Ford and Upper Perkiomen districts) may attend classes there but at a cost of $140.
A summer session of classes also is planned for the technology center during June.
