LIMERICK PA – The Rothman Institute, which specializes in orthopedic medicine and which recently opened offices in Sanatoga and Phoenixville, wants to launch another facility at the Linfield Corporate Center in Limerick Township but will need Board of Supervisors’ approval to get started.
In a legal advertisement Tuesday (Oct. 9, 2012), the board announced it would conduct a public hearing Oct. 16 (Tuesday) at 7 p.m. at the municipal building, 646 W. Ridge Pike, on a conditional use application by Rothman to allow its medical office as part of the park’s office and limited industrial zoning district. Supervisors indicated they could act on the request immediately after the hearing, which is open to the public. The text of the notice follows:
LIMERICK TOWNSHIP MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 16, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the Limerick Township Municipal Building located at 646 West Ridge Pike, Limerick, Pennsylvania, the Board of Supervisors of Limerick Township will hold a public hearing on and consider approval at a public meeting immediately thereafter of a conditional use application of The Rothman Institute which requests Conditional Use approval in accordance with Article XXII, Section 184-156.B(1)(d) of the Limerick Township Zoning Ordinance to permit medical office use as part of a planned development in the Office/Limited Industrial Zoning District.
The real estate to be affected by the Conditional Use is located in the Linfield Corporate Center and is indexed as Montgomery County Tax Parcel Number 37-00-00659-92-4. A copy of the Conditional Use Application summarized above is on file and available for examination by the public at the Limerick Township Municipal Building, located at 646 West Ridge Pike, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
