ENJOYING WHAT’S OUT THERE – Seen from a distance, the twin stacks of Exelon Nuclear’s Limerick Generating Station (at bottom left) seem to be swallowed by the thunderstorm and accompanying rain and strong winds that lashed western Montgomery County PA on Thursday evening (July 26, 2012). Photographer Heather Peterman took this shot with her iPhone and sent it off via Twitter to ABC News’ weatherman Sam Champion and the cast of its Good Morning America television show, hoping for a few minutes of fame, with the message: “love a good storm!” She got it, too, in at least one form. Champion re-tweeted the photo minutes later to his more than 85,000 followers.
