HARRISBURG PA – Pennsylvania Army National Guard Col. Carol A. Eggert of Pottstown, and Col. George M. Schwartz of Phoenixville, have won state Senate confirmations for promotion to the rank of Brigadier General, Gov. Tom Corbett has announced.
Additionally, Sean R. Ryan of Perkasie was named to the state Advisory Committee on Probation, Corbett said.
Their advancements, approved last month, were part of a package of 26 Senate confirmations Corbett released to the media.
