KING OF PRUSSIA PA – Rachael Ray, the New York Times-bestselling author and television personality, will appear Thursday (June 7, 2012) from 6-8 p.m. at Wegman’s Market, One Village Drive, King of Prussia, to sign copies of “The Book of Burger,” her 20th and newest cookbook.

“The Book of Burger,” from the Atria Books imprint of Simon and Schuster Inc., features more than 200 of Ray’s recipes for burgers, sliders, sloppies, hot dogs, sandwiches, sides, sauces and toppings. Many use healthier alternatives such as chicken, turkey, seafood and veggies.

Beginning with Ray’s custom blend of meat for beef burgers, “The Book of Burger” also contains burger recipes by great chefs and essays by culinary experts to ensure construction of the perfect burger.
