ROYERSFORD PA – Six graduating seniors at Pope John Paul II High School in Royersford were among 169 students across the Archdiocese of Philadelphia whose academic excellence was honored Tuesday (May 22, 2012) by Archbishop Charles J. Chaput with a special Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Center City, the archdiocese announced.
The students, who are ranked in the top 3 percent of their class, were lauded for their academic success and dedication to their schoolwork. The Royersford group included:
- Lindsay N. Miller,
- Akshay G. Patel,
- Julia G. Yearwood,
- Shaun P. Gannon,
- Rebecca Smith, and
- Edmund C. Rothwein.
