LIMERICK PA – A legal advertisement published today (Tuesday, April 17, 2012) on the order of the Limerick PA Township Board of Supervisors announced that, during its May 1 (2012; Tuesday) meeting at 7 p.m., the board would conduct a public hearing on a conditional use application filed by Robert M. and Connie L. Lawson for property affiliated with Sweet Ashley’s Chocolate LLC. The text of the notice appears below:
LIMERICK TOWNSHIP MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 1, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the Limerick Township Municipal Building located at 646 West Ridge Pike, Limerick, Pennsylvania, the Board of Supervisors of Limerick Township will hold a public hearing on and consider approval at a public meeting immediately thereafter the conditional use application of Robert M. Lawson & Connie L. Lawson which requests Conditional Use approval in accordance with Article XXXII, Section 184-227 C. (1) of the Limerick Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a Home occupation of Sweet Ashley’s Chocolate, LLC’s production portion of their chocolate and candy company within the Lewis Road Conditional Use Overlay District. A brief description and location of the real estate to be affected by the Conditional Use is Block 52, Unit 006 which has an address of 376 N. Lewis Road, Limerick Township, PA 19468. The real estate to be affected by the Conditional Use is also indexed by Montgomery County Tax Parcel Number 37-00-01537-00-1.
The real estate in question is presently zoned R-5 Village Residential District. Robert M. Lawson & Connie L. Lawson request conditional use approval, pursuant to Limerick Township Zoning Ordinance Article XXXII, Section 184-227 C. (1). A copy of the Conditional Use Application summarized above is on file and available for examination by the public at the Limerick Township Municipal Building, located at 646 West Ridge Pike, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
