PHOENIXVILLE PA – The borough of Phoenixville PA had a legal advertisement published today (Monday, April 16, 2012) to solicit qualified personnel to conduct construction inspections on its Bridge Street Streetscapes Completion Project, which is expected to start this August and continue through December 2013. BOROUGH OF PHOENIXVILLE NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES
The Borough of Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania will be accepting Statements of Interest until Friday, May 11, 2012 at 4:00 PM prevailing time to retain an engineering firm to provide inspection staff consisting of one inspector and one inspector supervisor for construction inspection and documentation services on the following project: Bridge Street Streetscapes Completion Project – Borough of Phoenixville, Chester County
Project Description: The project involves the replacement of sidewalk, curbing and curb ramps along Bridge Street between Route 23 and Main Street (including Main Street). A raised intersection will be placed at Bridge Street/Main Street and a raised crosswalk will be placed at Bank Street. The project also involves the installation of trees, benches, trash receptacles, signs, and other street amenities. Required inspection staff includes one (1) TCIS and one (1) TCI.
Anticipated project time duration: August 2012 through December 2013. Project Time: Daytime Firms interested in providing work and services for this Agreement are invited to submit a Statement of Interest. To submit a Statement of Interest for this Agreement you must be registered as a Business Partner and logged onto the ECMS website under your user identification and password. All consultants to be included in this Statement of Interest must be registered as Business Partners and have their annual qualifications package and field overhead rate in the ECMS system. This project has a 10% DBE requirement.
