LIMERICK PA – Plans by the Norristown PA-based Piazza Family Limited Partnership to build a 22,566-square-foot car dealership at 77 Auto Park Blvd. in Limerick (PA) Township are scheduled to be reviewed Feb. 22 (2012; Wednesday) at 6:30 p.m. by the township Zoning Hearing Board during its meeting in the municipal building, 646 W. Ridge Pike.
- This event has been added to The Post calendar.
The meeting is open to the public, and its comments specific to the hearing are allowed.
Piazza proposes to erect its dealership on a 4.7-acre vacant lot located within an area zoned for office and light industrial office use. It needs a variance from the zoning hearing board to create a 136-square-foot atrium that will not meet township requirements for a minimum 10-foot setback between parking and driveway areas and the building itself.
Mark J. Garner is the board’s chairman; Charles Garner Jr. is its solicitor. The meeting was publicized Tuesday (Feb. 7, 2012) by an advertisement in The (Pottstown PA) Mercury newspaper, the board’s publication of record for legal notices.
