They paid how much?

LIMERICK PA – The top price for real estate sold within Limerick (PA) Township from April 8-May 15, 2010, came in at $287,000, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The property is located at 192 Palmer Pl.

Also listed were:

  • 206 Horseshoe Dr., $172,990;
  • 302 Horseshoe Dr., $168,990;
  • 1204 Foxmeadow Dr. Bdlg 12, $149,000; and
  • 1405 Stratford Ct. Bdlg 14, $143,000.

This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (Aug. 22, 2010) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for homes sold within the city of Philadelphia and townships in its surrounding counties.

By contrast, during the same period, the top real estate sales price in Royersford PA Borough, immediately to the southeast, was none listed; Lower Pottsgrove PA Township, southwest, $299,900; Upper Providence PA Township, east, $385,000; Perkiomen PA Township, northeast, none listed; Lower Frederick PA Township, north, none listed; Upper Frederick PA Township, northwest, none listed; and in New Hanover PA Township, west, $227,090.

Across all of Montgomery County, the highest-priced property sold during the period went for $2,550,000, at 112 Rose Ln., Lower Merion PA.
